Does NYBox offer shipment insurance?
We've got you Covered! If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during the transportation, insurance coverage up to $100 is Free. If the value of the package is higher, you can purchase additional insurance. Shipping insurance can be purchased for $2.99 per $100 of insured merchandise value.
Does NYBox provide shipping tracking information?
